We now have pilates classes! Every wednesday at 9am. Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. It's only $20 per person per class, offered in 8 week sessions. Fill out the form below for more information.
